CrossFit programming incorporates strength and condition, and is comprised “constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity”

Functional movements are movements based on real-world situational biomechanics, where your body uses more than one muscle group to perform an action. This includes things like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, throwing, climbing, jumping and running.

We work with individuals from a wide range of ages, backgrounds, genders, fitness and skill levels because our workouts are completely scalable, which means that a new participant and a seasoned CrossFitter can complete the same workout with changes in load and intensity.
